Amazing customer service. The Manager went above and beyond helping me get a hat for a wedding. It is my favourite shop in Bishop's Stortford. All the clothes are clean and well presented. ?

You deserve 0 stars. Rude disgusting people especially the lady following my inlaw round making her feel uncomfortable. Pride yourself on customer service bloody hilarious that is! You should be ashamed
