the worst customer service at this garage, the guy at reception is rude and not helpful at all, rolling his eyes even just for asking a question

Avoid. They do test on your car don't provide result, refuse the provide you results when questions, become hostile and aggressive and charge you over the odds for any repairs through them. They claim the had done a break test and telling me my break efficiency is low then don't have results of test and refuse to share... read full comment

MOT Fail, £1200 to have all brakes changed on an electric MG that’s 4 years old. ASSUMED we had been using the regen braking consistently when in fact my wife drives this car 85% of the time using KERS setting 1, so using the foot brake more often.
