Went into boots with my elderly mother on 30/12 and could not fault the staff! The young girl and boy on the tills were so helpful and the girl helped me with finding the right makeup for me as there was nobody on the makeup tills, all the staff are lovely in this shop and bad reviews surprise me!

Racist staff. Extremely uncomfortable and cold behaviour from two staff members near the Benefit and Clinique counters today (31/12/23) They kept giving me and my friends weird looks and constantly looking at each other for the entire time we were standing there discussing the products, making us feel very uncomfortable and out of place.... read full comment
