Have been refused twice by an extremely rude and abrupt woman! The first time was just before Christmas , I’d plucked up the courage to take my husbands clothes, he died three years ago, but she refused to take them. Lovely man and lady who work in there, always have a laugh with the customers, shame about the big fat old woman who walks round in slippers on the shop floor! She's so rude and always moans when people bring in donations after 1pm!She's so ungrateful and has no manners with customers!

Used to go in there but don't any more as rozz the large lady out the back is rude and thinks she's running the shop! She also turns customers away when bringing in stuff in and says no we cant take anymore today and then gets in arguments with people, that is very rude.
