Dreadful service. Waited for 20 minutes for 2 cups of hot chocolate and was only brought one.

Love a Simmons Bakery. Always plenty of cake choices left no matter when you stop by. Chocolate brownie for me today and it was delicious. Service was good. Pavement cafe seating outside and inside seating too. On the high street in Berkhampstead. On street parking outside if you are lucky. Other car parks nearby.
