Just been served the most disgusting oak flat white, tasted more of detergent than coffee. Returned the coffee to the server to which I got a blank reply and no apology or offering of a replacement. In such a competitive high street you’d think the coffee and staff training would be better. Won’t be returning to Costa... read full comment
