Excellent service and service as usual. We with a friend who had not been before and comments were the same as mine above .

Arrived at around 15:15. Two of us. Obviously visible free and clear tables for two, at least four of them. Where we were "please wait to be seated", we were told: "we are booking only before 4PM". This lack of flexibility is not acceptable. You are making a living from guests who want to eat there, don't you?

Pub is half empty on arrival after 3:15 pm and was clearly visible that all the free tables were not reserved (also on their system). We have been turned down by staff that they only take bookings until 4pm.
