The Ross on Wye Post Office is one of the few remaining (larger) Post Office branches remaining that offers a good old fashioned post office service with great customer service.Most other larger branches have had self service tills installed, run by one staff member with a "computer says no attitude". I have been using this post office for a number of years and the owner is usually abrupt and generally unhelpful and rude, but when I visited recently, he was aggressive, bullying and insulting.Rather than politely ask me to step back behind the line (which I happily would have done with an apology if I had been addressed... read full comment
