Brilliant customer service at this store last Saturday when we really needed advice on smart tvs - excellent! We were in and out within about 20 minutes and succeeded in buying what we needed. I think the assistant was a young man called Ryan and he was so helpful, much appreciated!

My Mum collected a microwave from the Ross store today and received brilliant customer service from the store manager, Lewis. He was extremely helpful and friendly and even carried the microwave to my mums car. Lewis is a credit to Argos! Thank you
