My mum was in a car accident near the Tescos. The Fire Brigade pushed her written off car into Tesco car park. The Customer Service Desk staff got her a chair next to them, got her a tea and kept checking on her until her taxi came. Really helped my mum get over a big shock.

please dont replace staff with machines. personally I cant manage a machine very well and always have to ask staff to help. I have given up shopping at the co-op for this reason.#BringTescoStaffBack
