Nothing too much trouble. Adrian is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Never been anywhere else for a carpet (or a mattress!).

So pleased to see this in the same hands when I visited recently. First went 20 years plus ago. Can always find what I want and usually a bargain. Good to see quality you can't guage on internet. Owner is always keen to help.
