Very sad story to tell on the 19-08-22 I went into the shop to buy a Lottery Sracth Card for £ 5 I continued by journey back to London . When I got home I found out I won on the ticket when I went to claim my winnings I found out the ticket was invalid I phoned the Lottery help line to be told the sracth card was invalid... read full comment

Not a patch on how it used to be. Fridges not working most of the time some of the younger staff leave a lot to be desired
