Took my curtains to dry clean to Waitrose in Hereford and paid almost £700. Awful service and ruined curtains - this has been the worst dry cleaning ever!!! First, the members of staff told me I could only park for free for up to 15mins ONCE, I.e. to EITHER drop off OR collect the curtains, NOT BOTH! Then, the staff called...

The shop is OK. Shame you have to pay for parking, even if you have a disabled parking permit, or spend £20 in store to get 2hr free parking.
