Awful experience. Trying to buy some trainers for gym. Given a pair to try on, assistant disappeared. Tried another member of staff same again. Apparently 90% are for strutting about in anyway not used in the gym.Bought some Nike fleecy joggers. Lining covered my shorts in fluff on first wearing. Staff Not interested .

They refuse to refund money for reterned items.On Saturday we tried to return the coat that we bought on Friday. On Friday before paying asked the girl at the checkout "can we return it if it doesn't fit?" She said "Yes". She didn't mention that we can't get a refund and will get a voucher only. I had a bad experience with this branch. I was trying to buy couple pairs of shoes but nobody came to assist with sizes. So when I asked cashier if somebody can assist, she said I have to wait, nobody was around at all, so after 20 mins of waiting I just left. Great service.
