Charged me the same price for an Europe stamp as a New Zealand one. I ever said that can't be right, a German stamp as much as a New Zealand one? They replied yes it was correct. Either a deliberate act of dishonesty or incompetence.

Horrendous customer service, was waiting at counter and assistant walked past me 3 times bringing stock in, I stopped him on his way back out and asked to return a parcel, he told me to see boss who was at the back so had to walk to back of shop to get help. Absolutely disgraceful.I don't want to rate it one star. Staff are rude unhelpful. How they call it a post office it is embarrassing for Royal mail they need to have a look in to that post office. I DO NOT recommend this so called post office.
