Walked 30 minutes into town to specifically return something at Next. Arrived at 17:55pm and they were locking the doors! Their website + google state they’re open until 7pm! Fuming!!! ?

No access to the Home section for 1 to 2 weeks due to refurbishment. Seems like a rather unusual retail strategy for the Christmas period. Staff were pleasant and very apologetic though.
