Whenever I visit tge hereford store there is always a long queue at tge tills & shop assistants stood around chatting or pretending to tidy rails....makes me so angry I hardly go there for this reason

Wasn't the greatest selection but it's not a huge store. Only one cashier on, on a Saturday made checkout slow.
