Dirty, boxes everywhere, clearly no one had cleaned from the day before. Empty cake case with dirty trays inside. Toilets don't look liked they have been cleaned all week. Much nicer places to get a coffee.

Great service from a wonderful young man. I ordered my food and drink but realised l had forgotten my purse. He talked me through using my Google pay with a kind patient attitude.

been to many costa this one was by far the worst, visited 28th august at 12. 15 , no bread for toast , no teacakes, kept waiting for 20 mins. kept giving people who came in after me their drinks, no large cups had to have a takeaway cup forgot to put coffee in my frappe, lots of people waiting for service, certainly wont... read full comment
