Absolutely terrible and unhelpful staff. Tried returning an amazon order as I have done before where the packaging is provided and was told it needs packaging. I would have been happy to pay as on amazon it states if package is not fully sealed charges may apply but the staff couldn't be bothered.

Annoying closes at 5pm weekdays - however Royal Mail website hours say 5:30pm
