The staff are very rude, no care or customer service at all. I would advise to ignore this place at all cost. My prescription was sent to them on a Monday, they kept refusing to complete it, two days later, I was still waiting for my prescription. Honestly the rudest and most unhelpful Boots that I’ve ever been in! It makes you wonder why some people go into a customer service role when they clearly have very little warmth or caring personality. No acknowledgement to customers waiting (ignored), a constant sour face, blunt, rude, unhelpful - a very unpleasant experience!
