From the moment we checked into the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, thank you to the very efficient receptionist for her help in finding us a parking space and recommending the wonderful garden restaurant. Central hotel good value large rooms. We will be back again to further explore Winchester.

The location is beautiful, Winchester is especially beautiful. The hotel's garden is also beautiful, the rooms are not bad. However, there were no items in the rooms that were placed with the customer in mind, such as a hair dryer, hotel slippers, or an iron. There was no distinction between shampoo, cream and body wash.... read full comment
