Customer service is about people. My 89 year old mother had unfortunately been sold the wrong phone , however Harvey the Assistant Manager was patient, kind, incredibly helpful and understanding. Mis-sold their plan to me! Paying £178 a month despite me being a customer for 5+ years not a single good discount and the staff here are entirely unprofessional!
