Super friendly and helpful. Solved my tricky enquiry competently and quickly. Easy access, Nice to see their interest in the community and kind and patient when dealing with all customers, especially the elderly.Will is an absolute star !I highly recommend the branch :)

Excellent branch with great attention to customer service and support. I visit this branch occasionally, and the opening hours may feel slightly limiting however I visited the branch earlier today to do a number of things.I needed to pay in a cheque, so was easily able to use one of the three self service kiosks to do this...

I just wanted to drop some feedback that Lewis was extremely helpful and efficient in helping me and my fiancée opening a joint account. He was clear, helpful and polite, and he followed with everything in an extremely efficient manner. Thanks Lewis, much appreciated!
