It would seem that one of your managers spread falsehoods to us because of a faculty machine that would not print the receipt.He explicitly said to us that we did not pay and asked us to come back.He did not check the machine that I paid on.It is an unimaginably rude way to interrogate us.

Ordered some click and collect travel money and I had made a mistake with my ID number. Hannah was amazing and suggested I call them direct and gave me the telephone number and my order number to help. She went above and beyond to help me today, knowing I had travelled to collect it.Thank you Hannah ( aka Chloe).
