Very unfriendly, unwelcoming and not helpful. Asked if there were any sparkling wine samples (as I visited to buy sparkling wine) and begrudgingly got given some, but the person I was with got ignored. Wedding wine tasting with Andy was superb, made it feel really relaxed and enjoyable and found a lot of what we wanted and left with a couple of extras to try! Great experience
