Not happy rentals are a mockery! Guy called Nigel not helpful and argued with me when I said a tool was not fit for the purpose! I asked for a discount as it didn’t work and said no or offered a poor 6% off won’t be using Jewsons at all again !!!! We hired what later turned out to be an over priced hedge trimmer (look for into buying) - after spending a ridiculously long time on paper work, we could have hired a car.
