I ordered a fence on the 5th February, I was first told that I could only order 3. But after I encouraged sales to check they allowed me to order and pay for one. It still hadn't turned up 22nd February and young inexperienced assistant told me manager would send me an email and would hear within a day. No communication....

Got the screws I wanted, but..... why are all these Chinese made screws supplied in IMPERIAL measurements with no metric equivalent? The UK has had metrication for over 50 years, most of the British and all of the overseas-born population only use metric and yet the dinosaurs at Homebase are supplying in Imperial measures....
