I have been a customer of this branch for many years. I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful. For example when I had to deal with my deceased mother’s estate, and more recently now that I am deaf - I am polite to them as they are to me.

Was in this branch in Winchester on Friday absolutely terrible service never in my life met a branch member that had absolutely no interest in her job .never again

Staff friendly but incompetent, particularly the manager. Took 26 hours for a same-day CHAPS payment to go through. 2 hours of chasing via phone. Couldn’t get through to the branch directly by phone.
