Four of us went four lunch today. Good selection especially as two not big eaters. Lovely welcome when we entered and service was superb. Good menu giving option for smaller plates. Food was excellent. Had to wait a while as food cooked to order but well worth the wait. Loved it.

Really nice Sunday Lunch. The beef was tender and very tasty. A good mixture of vegetables and plenty of gravy. The cauliflower cheese was very nice.
The sticky toffee pudding was very average which took the shine off a delicious lunch.

Had a lovely lunch with elderly mother and family who live in the village. Food was great and the portions perhaps even over generous (we all had roasts and they did special scampi thing for mum). A warm, cosy and family run pub located in the beautiful countryside of Hampshire. Just 15 minutes from Winchester or 20 minutes from Basingstoke our pub offers delicious home cooked food, a great choice of wines and lagers as well as locally produced real ales. We have a lovely garden area, a large car park and we are dog and child friendly.
