We were looking for men’s shirts and on entering the shop the 2 women working there did not even acknowledge us let alone offer to help. There was no-one else in the shop so they weren’t occupied elsewhere. There is no excuse for rudeness. Will not be returning.

The company has a very old English tradition. I am very glad to have business with them.

I have had so many problems with their clothes - jean buttons coming off, pockets completely unstitching, lining unstitching to finding holes in jumpers on a regular basis. Quality is just not reflected by the price so will not buy from there again.
