We went in before the Christmas holiday and were trying to find out if I could upgrade to a better phone. My contract was due! We were being 'repeat customers' TO EE and wound up with a sales person who basically was trying to sell me a phone that was identical to my own but at a greater cost and with a WORSE processor!!...

ROB & his team are literally amazing! I have renewed one contract and added another two lines as I totally trusted the best deals Rob suggested for me.
