The most awful, rude, horrible, miserable staff today picking up my glasses. No customer service at all. Ignored. Stared at. No hello, how can I help, nothing. No smile. Blond Assistant picked up phone that just started ringing with me stood in front of her when she did eventually came to the desk. Treated like an inconvenience... read full comment
