This store is in the heart of Whitley shopping centre, for toys shop this place is quite small place and hasn’t got so many options,\\nHowever the staffs are very friendly , helpful and polite.\\nI recommend this place to make your little one happy.

Store felt overwhelming, and yes I know toy stores can be. However it took us ages to locate the brand we wanted to find they stocked barely anything of it.Staff seemed bored and til staff seemed only interested in taking money and grunting at us. My daughter was not impressed and asked to go to the other toy store instead.

Not very helpful I asked for a toy and the assistant was not bothered to help just answered No we dont have it dont e en think he knew what I was asking for ☹

Our Quiet Hour aims to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people by switching off the music, dimming lighting where possible and removing noisy demos. Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores.
