As usual, the layout of Boots in Whiteley was easy to navigate and products were where you'd expect. Refreshing to note that the air-conditioning seemed to be on low and the lighting was slightly dimmed - energy saving is possible even in large retail stores.

Boots almost always have the goods I need be it beauty, medication, gifts or a sandwich for lunch. This time it was hair colour for a friend that couldn't be found elsewhere.
