Very friendly and helpful. Went to get a watch that I had purchased, online from Beaverbrooks, resized and Natalia was so helpful and patient whilst I decided which was the best fit with the links removed. Great service and would definitely recommend.

We purchase a men's watch (dec 22), the casp does not hold(easily can slip off the wrist band get lost) . Brought the watch in September. Tried to charge us for repair and new belt. You’ll find us just off the M27 at Whiteley Shopping Centre, and there are plenty of parking spaces with three hours free parking. Our jewellers is open between 9am and 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10:30am to 4:30pm on Sunday.
