The lady at waterlooville branch was so helpful and friendly very smiley and helped me pick the perfect glasses as I wasn't sure at first. Thankyou I don't know her name but hope this feedback gets back to her.

Staff are veryvattentive and patient. We got an appointment together as husband and wife at the same time with no trouble. They even saw us earlier as we arrived early. Tests very methodical and throughough. They gave my husband an extra glasses case to take his home in. Great service
