Staff are rude and always trying to charge more than they should, not helpful at all, I live in the corner , walking distance but see myself often driving to the next post office to avoid the one in Clanfield.

The website says the PO opens at 0700 but it actually didn’t open until 0900. Then, the ‘assistant’ couldn’t help as she hadn’t been trained. Where is the wisdom in placing untrained staff, alone, on a Saturday when people who work during the week are more likely to want to use the broad range of services? And...

Today was the second time I went to use this post office. Beware the staff are con artist and tried to overcharge on a letter claiming it was a parcel. The first time they tried to force me to put on a return address claiming it was GDPR related... lack of knowledge, overcharging and bad attitude. Do not use. Go to the...
