Terrible, app kept crashing. Went inside to order. Got charged twice for the privilege

I don’t understand how a “fast food” restaurant can take up to 45 minuets of waiting for 20 chicken nuggets and large chips.
My order number was on the screen in “preparing”for 45 minuets and then disappeared. I was then asked what I had ordered and had to wait another 5 minuets.
Not a great McDonald's. One or more of the following things normally happen... Either the app doesn't work for this location or the mcflurry machine is broken or they take 30 minutes to do a click and serve order or there are wrong or missing items.
