Usually shopping in Southsea I've always found H&B staff really helpful.Waterlooville on the other hand are a joke. Dragging the assistant away from her chat from a socialising CPO she pointed to the shelf where the items were displayed and promptly continued her conversation. Rubbish first and last visit !!!

The staff are EXTREMELY rude. When I went to one of them to ask if they had a product they said ‘did you not hear her’. No wonder I was the only person in that stupid shop.
