The manager nigel was rude to my partner on the phone then to me when I called up. We were trying to get a part of a sofa and he said he was certain you couldn't get. Poor company, great communication by salesman but very poor processes and structure post sale. Purchased two sofas based on delivery date offered, waited all day for delivery and after two phone calls was told there was an issue.
