There was a small gathering of people waiting for 9am opening. The doors were opened promptly, the local bells were still chiming 9 when the doors opened. 4 members of staff quickly and efficiently dealt with the queue. More importantly, they all seemed happy to be there, lovely!

This is by far the best managed Costa we have been to. Always clean and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's become our go to coffee shop.

I visited Costa in Wellington Retail Park today and went to get a highchair for my 14month old granddaughter. The first one I got had a broken safety strap that had been knotted together, the second one’s harness been broken and knotted to one of the adjuster clips.
