The phone just keeps ringing. Brilliant once you get hold of them and when you go in but we are told to call 2 days before our prescription is due.....never is a smooth process

Never answers phone!Quite regularly are closed due to lack of staff!When picking up prescription the queue is redicilous!Always have to wait for prescription as they never have enough even when waiting 3/4 days so they give IOUs!Recently the doctor sent down a prescription and I’m still waiting 7 days later !!!!Worthless... read full comment
