Rude staff and offer signs placed on shelves which the store won't honour

All the staff are help and well nice people even the new owner is a good chap. But this is the expensive Spar shop I have ever been to. I want some clear parcel tape there price £2.99 I brought a roll of the very same tape 1 month ago for £1.99 gone up by a pound.
