The click and collect service is terrible. I waited in a queue over 20 minutes to collect my order. It would have been quicker to go in to the store. Unfortunately this is not an isolated occasion. I regularly have to wait for a long time to collect. The staff have no sense of urgency or concept there is a long queue.Really... read full comment
