For a new store you can forgive teething problems but the collect plus parcel machine was out of action. No warning on the website, no warning on the door and greeted by a member of staff who was stood behind the counter eating and gave no apology for the fact that the machine was out of service. I find this store to be quite pricey since it changed name. It’s ok as a convenience store but on the whole I now give it a miss unless I’ve no other choice.The staff there are lovely though. Friendly, helpful and polite.
