Absolutely awful. We use Salisbury branch normally which is outstanding. Couldn't fault them. We were in West Quay and my wife has been waiting for her eye solution to arrive for a week. She's getting low so I suggested we go in, as we are both customers on their records and see if we can get a bottle to see her through.... read full comment

Been 15 mins noones answering can't chase where my lenses are should have a few boxes sent that I have paid 4 no sign of them how r u supposed to talk to anyone if no-one answers the phone to see wen they will be sent to me. Its now 16 mins in the phone I'll assume u no longer answer it shall I not happy no customer service
