Rude and ignorant staff. Jay (or whatever his name is), thinks it’s ok to lean all over the counter and curse… apparently he’s only paid £10 an hour so it’s not worth his time dealing with a customer complaint. His colleagues are no better… they think it’s acceptable to stand around...
