Excellent service and expert examination during the appointment which was not an eye test, but an eye health check . Had to go in-store as previous attempts to telephone were unanswered, presumably as store was very busy. Also, lost a star as I had to come back a week later for eyelash removal with my own tweezers! Booked online, said I booked at wrong store. Booked me in there and then for a week later, (today at 9 a.m.) Said I hadn't Booked in but gave me a cancellation appointment. Specifically requested to NOT have retinal photos taken, they proceeded and took them anyway and still charged me for the appointment. Will not use... read full comment
