I've been here for 45 minutes waiting to see someone, because their fraud prevention team messed up my new online account and blocked it by accident. I'm bored, the staff are vapid and disinterested. To think I almost tried banking with these clowns.

I went to the bank to deposit money into my account via the ATM machine. There was an error and the machine gave me back my card but not my money. I had a quick check on my online banking and confirmed that no money had been deposited to the account. I spoke to a lady at the branch who reassured me that any surplus money...

Regret ever opening an account here, staff roll their eyes at you and you won't get through to anyone on the phone.
