No parking, don’t use adjacent Doctors car park as number plate recognition. Have to park in Brook Lane, near-side only causing traffic build up. Limited opening hours not convenient for working, suggest re delivery option. Staff friendly, access to service abysmal Royal Mail.

1st time I tried to drop in a parcel that could not be delivered to a post office, I was told to take it to the post office. They refused to accept it.
